Shopping and placing orders on our website
There are several ways to shop for items in our art catalog. If you would like to simply browse the various works available for purchase, click on the Artwork link from the main menu. On the artworks page you can select which category to browse including water colours, silk paintings, panoramics, and botanicals.

If you would like to find art of a specific subject, you can try searching using the search box which is located below the menu bar. Just into the word or phrase you want to search for in the box next to "Search for:" and click the "Go" button or press enter on the keyboard. You can also restrict which category to search in using the dropdown after the search box. Tip: To quickly browse all the products in the entire shop, just click the go button with nothing entered into the search box.

When browsing you will see up to 6 pieces of art per page, to advance to the next page use the navigation buttons near the top.

To view a larger version of any item, just click the image or the it's name. To purchase an item simply click the "Add to cart" button. Many prints come in multiple sizes, if a print is available in more than one size there will be a selection drop down box next to the "Add to cart" button for selecting the size.

Paying for your orders
Currently we only accept Visa and Mastercard forms of payment. If you would like to arrange an alternate payment method, please contact us directly using the information on the contact us page.

To help speed your order please always use your registered credit card billing address as the same address to ship to. If you require shipment to an alternate location, we may require additional information from you, in this case please provide a valid phone number during the checkout process.

All prices and orders through dingleartworks.com are based on the Euro currency (€). You may use a Visa or Mastercard which is denominated in any currency and the current exchange rate will be automatically applied. Currently (19th of December, 2004) the Euro is exchanged with the US Dollar at approximately 1.30, which means that if you order 100 Euros in merchandise, it would cost US $130.

Shipping Information
Shipping and handling within the Republic of Ireland is charged at €4.50 + €2.00 per kg.

Shipping and handling to anywhere else in the world is charged at €12 + €6.00 per kg.

Typically one piece of art after being packaged weighs between .75 and 1.5 kg depending on it's size

Managing your account and checking order status
Checking the status of your orders on our website is easy! Simply login to your account by clicking the My Account link from the main menu. Login using your email and password which you created when you placed your order. Finally click the "Order History" button on your account profile page. If you can't remember your password, enter your email into the password retrieval box on the login page and we will re-mail your password to you. If you cant remember what email you used when you placed your order, try looking in your inbox for an email from us, this email will have been sent to your account's email address. If you need any other assistance accessing your account, feel free to contact us.

Inside your account profile you can also edit your account information such as your email, billing address and password.
